One of our specialties is returning older buildings to use, replacing architectural details, and returning neglected surfaces and materials to like-new condition, while allowing the client to improve energy efficiency, save money on energy, increase comfort, and  comply with NJ's Rehabilitation code.  

Our oldest projects to-date were built in the 1700's.  So far, we have had the privilege of working in Millstone, Lebanon, Princeton, Raritan, Stockton, Lawrenceville, and Philadelphia.
