One
of our specialties is returning older buildings to use, replacing
architectural details, and returning neglected surfaces and materials to
like-new condition, while allowing the client to improve energy
efficiency, save money on energy, increase comfort, and comply
with NJ's Rehabilitation code.
Our
oldest projects to-date were built in the 1700's. So
far, we have
had the pleasure of working in Millstone, Lebanon,
Princeton, Raritan, Stockton, Lawrenceville, and Philadelphia.
Most
recently, we are honored to have been awarded the privilege of
restoring the 18th-19th Century Ditmars-Polhemus Carriage Barn at Route
206 and Raider Boulevard for the Developer of Walgreen's and neighboring
shops, and to work with Somerville, NJ Architect, Dennis Kowal.
Look for results as we receive final approvals and the building returns
to better reflecting its original architecture.
