NJ – Gutted 130 year old home, coordinated electrical upgrades,
insulated open walls; installed sheet rock and trim; hired contractor to
make foundation repairs; consulted with structural engineer so that homeowner can plan structural upgrades
as her budget allows.

Lawrenceville,
NJ
– The basement walls of 100 + year-old farm house were collapsing inward.
Installed a system of “I” beams, wood, and concrete to restore
the foundation’s structural integrity.

Lebanon Boro, NJ - Among a variety of
projects, replaced two flights of unsafe stairs, redecked a stoop, installed
interior and exterior trim, and built a custom basement door.

Hill section of Philadelphia, PA
– Converted a room on the top floor of a four-story home, with a winding
staircase, built circa 1850 into a nursery.
Repaired a cracked rafter, framed a flat plane in the rough-hewn
cathedral ceiling; insulated and sheet-rocked the surface.

Princeton,
NJ – Took over from prior general contractor to complete repair,
remodeling, and renovation projects throughout 160 year-old home in Historic
District. Implemented good
project management standards and communications among contractors,
suppliers, and client to get back on track.
The project included design, hands-on superintendent, and
coordination of building partners.

Branchburg Office Center, Neshanic Station, NJ
– Designed and built a replica of an early 1800’s fireplace and surround
in the facility’s conference room. Installed
spiral staircase and kitchenette, and completed several other projects.
