East
Brunswick, NJ - The clients wanted more energy efficiency from their
windows, so we worked with them to pick Andersen 400 Series casement windows
with a U-Value of 0.28. The dining room window also includes
Andersen's "TruScene" screens and their "Frank Lloyd Wright®
Series" art glass. The replacements also required new cedar
shakes in a staggered pattern, which required a bit more attention to
detail...but that's the fun part! Thanks again to Certa-Pro
Painters.
The
National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC)
defines U-Factor as a measure of heat loss through the glazing unit.
-
Raritan
Boro, NJ - The client's own an apartment building that needed some
remodeling. Creating a new hallway and new entrance to each unit gave
each of the apartments a new bedroom. New closets, along with new
insulation, a new kitchen and bath, and windows will give the tenants a
great home, and the client, the additional revenue from more marketable
apartments. Thanks again to Jack
Dolan and Sons, Quabeck
Architecture, Certa-Pro
Painters, and Spera
Electric for their awesome support!

Hillsborough,
NJ
– While in the process of selling their home, our client discovered that
changes made by the previous owner had not been inspected by the Township
and did not meet code. We
brought in an HVAC contractor and an electrician, and completed the
upgrades in time for closing as planned by the client.
- Flemington,
NJ – Designed and installed custom linen cabinet in master bath wall.
- Stanton,
NJ – Our client's master bath had a nice big whirlpool tub...too big
for the room. We retiled the bath, and added new bath fixtures,
cabinets, and countertop. The tiles in the shower were installed in a
diamond pattern, and we created a niche.
- Philadelphia,
PA - As a special favor to a nice lady, we remodeled a bathroom outside
our normal service area. There's something to be said for being a nice
guy!
