These projects involved various kinds of additions and renovations to the living or business space.
  • Clarke’s Summit, PA – Built 2500 SQ foot home with pre-assembled panels.

  • Princeton, NJ - Project Manager for Habitat for Humanity.  Converted an abandoned, water-damaged building into homes for two "Partner" families.

  • Hillsborough, NJ – Restored garage bay from living space to garage, including converting planting area to half-circle in pavers.

  • Hillsborough, NJ – Designed and built a closed-in shell for a client's new sunroom, and added a 2nd floor deck and a new door into the client's existing screen porch.

  • Hillsborough, NJ – Designed and built a new front porch.  Rebuilt bathroom from floor joists, up.

  • Flemington, NJ - Installed 2" of rigid polyisocyanurate (a.k.a. PIR) insulation and new energy-efficient windows and doors.  Replaced an old stone porch with a new, larger deck.  Installed new awnings over doors.  Decorative shutters are planned to finish the home's greater energy-efficiency and fresh, updated appearance.

  • Hamilton, NJ – Designed and installed 600 square foot patio addition.

  • Flemington, NJ - Prior contractor had left unfinished lumber showing on client's patio.  Boxing-out utilities behind the grill, while leaving an attractive finish and access to shutoff valves was a fun challenge.  The new sliding glass door provides more light into the room and access to the patio.  In addition, carefully removing the windows left them suitable for use elsewhere, or donation to a great cause like Habitat for Humanity.

  • Robbinsville, NJ - Replaced the client's entry door and the trim on the client's two-story bay window.  The owners of this 1990's home decided to freshen-up their front facade with a new entry door.  In addition, like so many projects, the builder unfortunately failed to properly prime exterior trim or install flashing throughout the neighborhood.

We replaced the trim on the client's bay window and added a new front door, but with a few extras like wrapping the door frame with ice and water shield and adding a trim detail at the top of the bay to help ensure that water never gets behind the trim again.  The new mouldings around the panels above the door and on the bay will never deteriorate because they are composite.  It's all about the details!
