Repair
Framing and Remodel a Bath Room
Bridgewater, NJ - Our clients found soft flooring in their bath room and that half
of the floor framing had settled at the outside wall. On inspection, we
found the crawl space full of wet, fallen insulation and various construction
debris, framing that had dropped by as much as two inches over 12 feet, too much
moisture cause by no ventilation, and that improper plumbing had allowed water
leaks to damage the floor structure. A Tjernlund Underaire crawlspace ventilator with
thermostat, and dehumidistat, plus repairing the crawl space vents will
condition the crawl space properly. After removing the debris and
regrading the soil, we installed a vapor barrier, and within minutes,
saw the moisture that had been damaging the house on the underside of the
plastic.
Thanks again to Quabeck Architecture, Spera
Electric, North Pole Insulation, and Jack Dolan & Sons Plumbing Heating & Cooling for
helping to serve another client well.

That's right,
the wires were bent, crushed, and kinked so that the insulation broke. |
