If the project requires other professionals, The Artisans Group calls upon others throughout the area who are networked into our loose cooperative and all believe in providing the same high level of responsiveness, service, and quality.  Project Management includes, among other practices, Contract Management, Cost Control, Planning, & Scheduling.  We can serve you well in any or all of these specialties.  As a lifelong craftsman and former project manager for Habitat for Humanity and Construction Superintendent for Lennar Corporation, Wayne has:

  • built homes and other structures from the ground-up,

  • remodeled, repaired, and renovated homes dating from the 1700's,
