1) Remove closet, soffits, and closet-wall cabinetry

2) Relocate pipes from within closet wall

3) Finish walls and ceiling

4) Rough-in new electrical, data, and phone wiring

5) Install new cabinetry

6) Install conduits through cabinets for new electrical, data, and phone wiring, and finish electrical work

7) Build, install, & finish new plate shelf, including supporting brackets buried in the wall and bent oak trim.

8) Paint and finish
