We removed an old carpet in a 16' x 20'
room, boxed exposed heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
ducts, designed and built book cases and cabinets, installed cork
flooring, replaced interior trim, and repaired 160-year old windows that
hadn't worked in years. Spera Electric fixed the lighting, and our
wall paper hanger "partner" added the finishing touches.

Before: Open the dining room closet
door and find a dark space that doesn't serve the homeowners well.
After: Custom designed and built oak bar
-
The door no longer sticks, new hardware accents the
formal dining room, and the door actuated switch turns the lights on
automatically.
-
Butcher block fold-down counter adds
almost six more square feet to new built-in work space.
-
Four drawers for
linens and other dining room necessities.
-
A custom-built wine rack with accented back
lighting (yes, the wine rack can be disassembled in just a few
minutes to service the lights).
