But what is an Artisan?
Artisan (n.) Ar·ti·san (är'ti-zin, -sin) from Latin artitus, skilled in the arts,
past participle of artire, to instruct in the arts, from ars, art-, art.] 1) A skilled
individual who professes and practices some liberal art, trade, or handicraft; an
artist. 2) One trained to manual dexterity in some mechanical art or trade; a handicraftsman;
a mechanic. 3) Artificer, artist, creator, journeyman, master craftsman, mechanic,
professional, technical adviser, wright. 4) An artificer is one who requires power
of contrivance and adaptation in the exercise of his profession.

such as Habitat for Humanity; rebuilding in the Gulf Coast in the aftermath of Hurricanes
Rita, Katrina, and Gustav, and speaking to the public on Green Building, to name
just a few. The Bucks County, PA Chamber of Commerce, which was instrumental in
arranging the trip, graciously honored us and four other builders for our work in
